High Falls, New York. Situated at the crest of a waterfall, Shadow Lawn is romantic and picturesque. Its 18-century stone house contributes to a formal note. The 19-century barn is elegant yet unpretentious, and the brook and manicured grounds provide a serene backdrop for perfect occasions of all kinds.

Grasmere Barn
Rhinebeck, New York. The historical site of Chelsea Clinton’s rehearsal dinner and the former estate of the Livingston family, Grasmere Barn is the perfect rustic setting for any size event. The grand room overlooks the pastures of Grasmere creating a natural backdrop with the elegance of a stone barn. The adjoining carriage house is perfect for small dinners, cocktail receptions, or post dinner cordials. Your guests will enjoy the surrounding ponds and acres of wild flowers and greenery of this secluded estate.

Glynwood Center
Coldspring, New York. Glynwood provides an incomparable venue for conferences, board meetings, weddings, and other social events. Lodging is available for events conducted at other venues nearby. Glynwood has long been a popular spot for photo and film shoots, as the property contains a variety of elegant, rustic, and natural settings.

Oak Hill Barn & Estate
Hudson, New York. The 100 Acres of Oak Hill Estate sits gracefully along the Hudson River with a picturesque view of the Catskill Mountains, an ideal location for a Hudson Valley ceremony or reception. The adjacent Oak Hill Barn seats up to 250 guests with two stories and manicured lawns surrounding. Ideal for your wedding or corporate weekend activities. This estate is the last remaining mansion in the Livingston family.

The Greenhouse at Rhinebeck
Rhinebeck, New York. The Greenhouse at Rhinebeck is a hidden gem which boasts beautiful gardens, ponds and fields making - a central getaway for any occasion. Whether you are hosting an elegant dinner, cocktail party, or summer BBQ, the barn at The Greenhouse , with its unique style and elegance, is perfect for your next event.

The Kaaterskill Inn
Catskill, New York. "Where Style meets Nature" A cool getaway only two hours from New York City. Wonderful for the adventurer, the glamourista, couples, foodies, families, and culture hunters. With on-site accommodations, this working farm is perfect  for a weekend of fun and activities.

Hera's Farm
Woodstock, New York. 1830 Country farmhouse & barns on 16 acres with breathtaking mountain views, pastures, orchard, swimming ponds, streams and waterfalls. Have your wedding by the pond or in the circle of the orchard. Up to 125 guests. The Farm at St. Remy
Ulster Park, New York. This magnificent property is available for weddings, special events, film/television productions and photo shoots. Nestled in the heart of the bucolic Hudson River Valley, The Farm at St. Remy is an 85-acre 18th Century Dutch homestead featuring a meticulously restored Stone Farmhouse built in 1745, a soaring original wood barn featuring hand-hewn beams and horse stalls, a renovated, air conditioned carriage house with full amenities, complimented by exquisite landscaping, lawns, gardens, and forest.

The Hill
Hudson, New York. One of the most beautiful sites in the Hudson Valley with Catskill Mountain and Berkshire Mountain views, historic barns, horses and a sixty acre lake all on a large Hudson Valley Estate. A few times a year in the spring, the summer and the fall, the grounds are rented for weddings along with barns for wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners.

The Roxbury Barn
Roxbury, New York. Built 160 years ago by Mississippi riverboat captain William Patterson, this 42-acre property includes a beautiful three-story carriage barn, open fields and a natural forest. With its lush perennial garden, a series of ponds, stone walls, a rambling brook and acres of maple, oak and pine trees, the Roxbury Barn is one of the most extraordinary and romantic settings for a Catskill wedding or civil union. Exchange vows on a hillside field surrounded by trees, joined by your family and friends, gazing over rolling hills and mountains. Enjoy cocktails and appetizers by the waterlily pond. Dine and dance in our 160 year old barn. Just two and a half hours away from New York City and less then an hour and a half from Albany, The Roxbury Barn is open for events from May through October.


Clermont Estate
Germantown, New York. Clermont was the Hudson River seat of the politically, socially prominent Livingston family of New York for over 230 years. Seven successive generations left their imprints on the architecture, room interiors and landscape. Today, the 500 acre State Historic Site appears much as it did in the early 20th century, when the estate was home to the last two generations to occupy the property, Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Livingston and their daughters, Honoria and Janet.

Rhinebeck, New York. The history of Wilderstein begins in 1852 with Thomas Holy Suckley's purchase of the river front site, then a sheep meadow of the adjacent late 18th-century estate, Wildercliff.  Suckley's fortune had been secured through the family export trade and real estate investments.  He was a descendant of the Beekman and Livingston families, whose estate houses were prominent landmarks in this Hudson River Valley region from the 17th through the late 19th centuries.

Montgomery Place
Red Hook, New York. An early 19th-century estate, designated a National Historic Landmark. It is also a contributing property to the Hudson River Historic District, also a National Historic Landmark. It is a Federal-style house, with its expansion designed by architect Alexander Jackson Davis.

Hudson, New York. Named after a fortress treasure-house in ancient Persia, Olana can only be described as utterly breathtaking.  Situated on 250 acres of picturesque grounds, high above the Hudson River and overlooking the Valley, it was the final masterpiece of Frederick Church, one of America's most important picturesque landscape painters.

Staatsburgh State Historic Site
Staatsburgh, New York. Mills Mansion is a located within the boundaries of Mills-Norrie State Park. An elegant example of the great estates built by America's financial and industrial leaders during the Gilded Age, this 25 room Greek Revival structure was erected on the site in 1832 by Morgan Lewis and his wife Gertrude Livingston, replacing an earlier house that had burned down. This was later inherited by Ruth Livingston Mills, wife of noted financier and philanthropist Ogden Mills.

Locust Grove
Poughkeepsie, New York. Overlooking the Hudson River, this 180 acre estate of Samuel F. B. Morse includes an Italianate villa designed by Alexander Jackson Davis, which contains extensive collections of American and European Decorative and Fine Arts. Three miles of carriage roads wind through landscaped grounds, romantic gardens and shady groves.

Opus 40
Saugerties, New York. About one hundred miles from New York City, tucked into a pocket of the Catskills near Saugerties, lies one of the most extraordinary pieces of sculpture ever created by a single man. The work is an immense composition of finely fitted stone, rising in ramps and swirling terraces around pools and trees and fountains out of the rock bed of an abandoned bluestone quarry. It spreads out over more than six acres. It is the product of more than thirty-seven years of a man's life. His name was Harvey Fite. He worked alone, using his hands and traditional quarryman's tools, to build his masterpiece: Opus 40.

Mount Gulian
Beacon, New York. Tucked away on twelve acres overlooking the majestic Hudson River, Mount Gulian is an 18th century Dutch Colonial Homestead with a large historic barn, meadow field and heritage garden, surrounded by deep woods. If it's a unique venue you're looking for, you’ll find it at Mount Gulian. The restored 1730's home served as a Revolutionary War Headquarters and is a national historic landmark. The comfortable museum rooms in the house are furnished with 18th and 19th century antiques and authentic reproductions.


Millbrook Vineyards & Winery
Millbrook, New York. Located in the heart of Dutchess County where pastoral views of rolling hills and green vines are part of the everyday scenery. The view from the vineyard is breathtaking and  the beautifully renovated barn is the perfect choice for your day in the country. The rustic feel of the vineyard’s 1940's barn with a soaring ceiling makes this unique space a charming location for any event.

Clinton Vineyards & Winery
Clinton Corners, New York. Picture a trellised vineyard on a summer afternoon. Sunshine spills onto pale green grapes and makes them shine. In the distance you can see a pond -an idyllic place to recite your vowsand past that, near the winding gravel road, sits an old Dutch barn that's full of Seyval Blanc wine and award winning champagne.

Oak Summit Vineyard
Millbrook, New York. Considered to be one of Dutchess County's most beautiful settings. Exchange vows under a gazebo overlooking the pond.  Add to that a candlelit cellar, three-story, stone main house with porch overlooking the pond; and spectacular sunset views.

Breezy Hill Orchard
Staatsburg, New York. Breezy Hill Orchard, located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, has been growing great-tasting fruit since 1949. There is nothing closer to fresh food when your venue is located on the farm where it is grown. Breezy Hill, Stone Ridge Orchard and Knoll Krest Farm are all operated by Elizabeth Ryan, farm artisan. Cedar Heights Orchard
Rhinebeck, New York. Located just three miles out from the village of Rhinebeck, Cedar Heights is the only “pick your own” orchard in Rhinebeck. Perfect for large family excursions,  sit down to a delicious catered lunch or dinner right on the orchard. You will be surrounded with the sweet smells of fresh picked apples and views of the distant Catskill Mountains.

Stoutridge Vinyard & Winery
Marlboro, New York. Stoutridge Vineyard, Winery, and Distillery is a premium 100% sustainable estate winery handcrafting each bottle of fine wine and liquor to be privately sold and enjoyed amongst guests friends and family. The estate features a beautiful pond surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, the perfect setting for a vineyard ceremony. The winery has many size rooms for any occasion with a rooftop solar deck for late night receptions and a barrel room perfect for intimate dinners.



Astor Courts
Rhinebeck, New York. Most recently notable Renowned as the site of Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky's wedding in the summer of 2010. Astor Courts, once called The Ferncliff Casino, was constructed for John Jacob Astor IV and his wife, Ava, between 1902 and 1904. This beautiful Beaux-Arts style mansion is located on the Hudson River, with 50 acres of land originally contained within the Astor farm estate.

Ham House
Tivoli, New York. Ham House is a 1850's Italianate Mansion in the Rhinebeck area of the Hudson Valley in New York. Located within walking distance of the hamlet of Tivoli, it offers a unique combination of highest quality lodging facilities, a sublime location for indoor events and sit-down dinners and spectacular venue for weddings and outdoor events.

Wynkoop House
Stone Ridge, New York. The Wynkoop House, a stately stone manor house filled with treasures of the past was built 1767-1772. A large 18th-century barn sitting within beautifully maintained country gardens is available for your reception as well as cocktail hour and dinner. Choose from one of the many locations in the gardens and terraces for your ceremony.

West Park, New York. A historic 1802 Federal style mansion, with 9 rolling acres and clear Hudson River waterfront views is your palate to create the wedding of your dreams. Southwood Estate
Germantown, New York. A timeless pastoral beauty that has been cherished for nearly three centuries now, Southwood has gardens, forests and rolling meadows along the Hudson River that allow for a simple yet elegant retreat from the ordinary. Southwood Estate is home to one of the Hudson Valley’s most spectacular views, stretching across the Hudson River to the Catskill Mountains.
